Blondie’s Buddies does not perform yard work of any kind. 

~ Please make arrangements for snow removal prior to Blondie’s Buddies visits, to ensure safe access to home and driveway.

Keys will be exchanged during Meet and Greet; please have yours ready, should you decide to hire Blondie’s Buddies for your furry family. Please see additional details under “Services”.

Client homes must have air conditioning / central air. Overnights must also have internet access. I will adjust the HVAC as needed for my comfort, and that of your furry companions. Please verify all of the above are in good working order. 

~ Client will contact their service provider ASAP if out of order.

All non-kibble / wet food that requires preparation must be done ahead of time by the client. This includes, but is not limited to chopping, washing, picking, cooking, etc. Please ensure kibble containers are full, Blondie’s Buddies cannot lift kibble bags.

Blondie’s Buddies are not trainers, but will use the same language your fur-kiddos understand, as provided by you on our client form. Consistency is key!

Blondie’s Buddies will send payment requests to Clients via Venmo (username: Blondies_Buddies) within one week of the date of service. Payment is due on the date of service, prior to Blondie’s Buddies' arrival, tax will be added per your county guidelines.

Photos and videos of your companion animals may be used by Blondie’s Buddies at our discretion (social media, advertising, etc). Always in a positive manner!

Blondie’s Buddies does not provide “every other day” visits, as this may lead to safety issues while you’re away. All babies are checked on daily to ensure they are happy, healthy, clean, and everything is stocked.

A daily break is taken by Blondie’s Buddies during multi-day Overnight visits, not exceeding the maximum time your furry-children can be left alone, per the client form. Blondie’s Buddies may take personal time, or perform Drop-in visits during this time. 

All services must have a flexible arrival time of two hours (you may opt for an open arrival time). Fur-kids can be unpredictable, in which case we need proper time to assess and accommodate any and all unforeseen circumstances.

Furry Family

Cats must be indoor - only for their safety when in our care. 

Blondie’s Buddies cannot tend to more than the following combos per visit:

• Two Dogs

• Two dogs & One Cat

• Two Cats & One Dog

• Three C&C / Large Cages 

• For other combos, please ask!

~ This is per service, to ensure everyone gets maximum attention, snuggles, and love!

Blondie’s Buddies does not offer dog walking, however, there are many great walkers who do!

Blondie’s Buddies prefers a key copy to be made for ourselves with an identifiable tag attached (we’ll provide this), and a garage code (if applicable). Alternatively, you may also purchase a key lock box at any home maintenance store for around $25 to keep your key on site. Requests for key returns shall be completed within 1-2 weeks of the request, for a $15 fee.

Emergencies

Should there be an emergency, Blondie’s Buddies will contact the client first;  if unable to reach the client and condition cannot wait, Blondie’s Buddies has permission to contact the client's emergency Vet, or best available Vet for treatment. Please have a payment method on file with Blondie’s Buddies, or your emergency vet.

Holidays

Holidays incur a $10 daily additional fee per service for both Drop-Ins and Overnights. The following dates are recognized Holidays by Blondie’s Buddies:

We at Blondie’s Buddies care deeply for all furry, feathered, and scaled babies! We do not work with homes that we feel do not share our values toward animal husbandry where safety and care is concerned. All companion animals must live indoors, and we believe in positive reinforcement.
